Smoked Bacon Pumpkin Seeds

Smoked Bacon Pumpkin Seeds Ingredients:
- Washed/dry pumpkin seeds
- bacon ~ at least 6 strips, chopped
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp BBQ rub (We use Zydeco Bistro Cajun Seasoning)
- Salt to taste




Smoked Bacon Pumpkin Seeds Instructions:
- Fire up the smoker using lump coal and hickory to 375F
- Toss the clean seeds with chopped bacon, brown sugar, bbq rub in a bowl
- Line baking sheet with foil
- Add the mixed pumpkin seeds in a single layer
- Place sheet in the smoker for 15-20 minutes
- Let cool, scoop out and let them dry on a paper towel/plate
