Erie Better Beer

Aroma – Roasty, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Oak, Chocolate, Sweet, not a whole lot of bourbon
Taste – Maple Syrup, ton of Oak, kind of thin. Low carbonation, more bourbon, oak, roastiness balance
Blind scores: 4.25, 4.0. Needs more body, good flavor
