Aroma – Molasses, Hops, Oak Barrel more than Bourbon.
Taste – Bourbon, Oaky Heat, Hop Flavor mixing Burnt Caramel Taste, Medium Body.
Blind scores: 4.0, 4.0, and 4.0. High alcohol around the 11.2%

If you have a bottle of Jackie O’s Bourbon Barrel Batch 1000, the boys recommend you age it… Sit on it because it will only get better.
