The Quest for the Greatest Chicken Wing

Our love for those yard birds, errrrr meatchickens, errrrr chicken wings started back in the 90’s down on High Street at The Ohio State University, and East Exchange Street at the The University of Akron. BW3’s had their .10 cent wing night, and we never missed it. As a way to support small businesses we are having fun ordering chicken wings from any local restaurant, bar, and brewery. The term “I can do another 12” was a happy accident after complimenting a restaurant about the quality of their food. So now, we turned it into a contest or a “quest” to see who has the best chicken wings. Cheers!!

1-10 GRADING SCALE

Expected Ranges

• 1-5 = Bad wings
• 6-7 = Average wings
• 8 = Very good wings, bar styled
• 9 = Exceptional wings, grilled, smoked etc.
• 10 = No such thing.
