Jonny and his fellow Buskerteer John Quilter AKA the food busker cook up some serious smoked pork tacos at Beavertown Brewery using, of course, Beavertown’s Smoked Porter.

After all the coughing fits they take the tacos to the streets to find out what people would pay for them.

To make 6 Smoked porter tacos

250g quality pork belly
660ml smoked porter
5 spring onions
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tin of red or black beans
1 little gem lettuce
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
6 tacos
