GLUTEN FREE PROTEIN RICH SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
  • 1, 3.5 pound Chicken cut into 1/8th
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Sesaame Flour
  • ¼ cup Corn Starch
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2/3 tblsp Salt
  • 1/2 Ts Thyme
  • 1/2 Ts Basil
  • 1/3 Ts Oregano
  • 1 Ts Celery salt
  • 1 Ts Black pepper
  • 1 Ts Dried mustard
  • 4 Ts Paprika
  • 1 Ts Ginger
  • 3 Ts White pepper
  • 2 quarts Avocado Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, marinate cut chicken in buttermilk, salt and pepper, garlic, and onion for 1 hour
2. In a separate bowl, combine, sesame flour, corn starch, and all spices
3. Place flour mixture in a hotel pan
4. Place chicken in sesame flour dredge, and toss to coast
5. Take out of dredge, and let sit for 15 minutes
6. Pour oil into 4 quart pot and heat to 300 degrees
7. Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy.
8. Place in oven at 300 degrees until internal temp is 165 degrees
